Emmeli is a very kind cat. She is our "ambassador of cats". Human visitors who are not particularily fond of cats may get her on their knees. Later they use to remove some silvery hairs from their clothes, mumbling something that maybe they like cats after all.

Emmeli is the cat with highest social rank within the cattery, although her daughter Bharat Purr sometimes has another viewpoint. Emmeli was acquired at Adelkatten's cat show in Oslo, Norway on March 8, 1998. We want to acknowledge Randi and Arild Grotteröd who bred this treasure.

Emmeli is a large cat. She passes 4 kg before one year of age. These days, when in condition, her weight is about 5 kg. She is well built and realy good-looking in full fur. Her fur was inheritated to her kittens as well as her nice temper. In January 2001 Emmeli become Grand Internationell Champion at Lirak's cat show in Hellerudsletta, Norway.

Emmeli has got three litters, born in June 1999 (our B-litter, stud EC Gefjon Balder), June 2001(our F-litter, stud EC Mhorrses Whiskey) and January 2003, (our J-litter, stud IC S*Poo Nai´s Delhi Dhobi)

Emmeli will not have any more litters. She was neutered October 2003. She gave us 10 beautiful kittens. Three of them, S*Poo Nai´s Bharat Purr in our cattery, S*Poo Nai´s Fatehpur Sikri in Cattery Earl Grey in Germany and S*Poo Nai´s Jamuna are still able to produce offsprings.

We hope that our sweet Emmeli will get many years as big mama in our cattery, raising all the small kittens here.
