S*Poo Nai's Garam Masala |
|
Garam Masala Garam means hot and Masala means mixture of spices. Garam Masala is however not as hot as many other mixtures of spices since there is usually no chili included. Garam Masala is almost essential in Indian cooking since it is included in so many dishes, at least from Northern India. Usually this mixture is added just before serving a dish. Today Garam Masala is available in most larger food stores in Sweden. Of course it is more fun - and tastier if you mix your own Masala. The Indian chef, of course, has his personal recipe. Usually the following spices are included: |
