S*Poo Nai's Purana Quila |

Purana Quila Purana Quila or the Old Fort is one of the old forts situated within presentday New Delhi. Within a few km distance was here the place where a number of different settlements, forts, cities was built through times. Purana Quila was built 1533-1538. It is assumed that the city of Indraprashtha, probably the oldest settlement within the Delhi area, was situated exactly here more than 2000 years ago. Delhi Zoo is today placed in association with Purana Quila. |
